We’re looking for a social-first videographer — someone who shoots fast, thinks in Reels formats, and knows trending audio better than camera manuals. This role is all about instinct, speed, and capturing moments inside a live retail environment.
About the Role
You’ll shoot daily content inside our retail stores: fashion, products, people, creators, and moments — turning them into short-form content that feels native to Instagram and TikTok.
What You’ll Do
- Shoot high-volume short-form content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks)
- Capture:
- Product reviews & close-up shots
- Fashion reels (fit checks, walk-ins, transitions)
- Brand-led content with founders/teams
- Creator & community interactions in-store
- Make on-the-spot decisions and adapt quickly to changing moments
- Work with the marketing team to execute daily content ideas
- Occasionally edit or hand over footage cleanly for fast turnaround
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Strong run-and-gun shooting skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels culture
- Ability to shoot content without heavy scripting
- Understanding of how to capture:
- Hooks in the first 2 seconds
- Clean product & detail shots
- Fashion movement + transitions
- Comfortable shooting people, products, and store environments
- Ability to deliver 10–20 usable clips per day
Good to Have
- Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut)
- Experience shooting fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Understanding of trending formats + audio
- Own gear (camera or iPhone Pro — plus point)
