Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and articulate Mall Sales Manager to lead brand onboarding and partnerships for Broadway stores. The role mirrors a mall-leasing function — identifying potential brands, pitching available spaces/categories, negotiating commercials, and onboarding them within Broadway’s multi-brand retail ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines sales acumen, relationship management, and category understanding, ensuring Broadway’s store mix stays fresh, relevant, and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify and approach potential brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and F&B categories for onboarding at Broadway.
  • Pitch Broadway’s concept, positioning, and store data (footfall, demographics, performance benchmarks) to close partnerships.
  • Lead brand discussions end-to-end — from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and agreement closure.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and deliver against monthly and quarterly brand onboarding targets.

Category & Market Strategy

  • Map the market to identify emerging and high-potential brands aligned with Broadway’s audience and vision.
  • Track competitor formats, brand movements, and new launches to identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Partner with internal merchandising and retail operations teams to align brand mix and category strategy.

Commercial & Operational Coordination

  • Work with finance and legal teams to finalize commercials, documentation, and agreements.
  • Liaise with design, operations, and marketing teams for smooth brand onboarding, launch, and visibility.
  • Support category performance reviews and identify opportunities for upsell, renewals, or category refresh.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with brand founders, retail heads, and agencies.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every brand from contract to launch.
  • Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and brand partners for all ongoing needs.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 4–8 years in mall leasing, brand acquisition, or retail business development — ideally with exposure to multi-brand or experiential retail environments.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail Management, or Marketing.
Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial understanding and analytical ability
  • Relationship-driven and market-aware
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
